I’ve been at Viome for over 2.3 years.
Why did you join Viome?
The number one reason I joined Viome is because my personal wellbeing goals are 100% aligned with Company’s goal of making illness Optional for everyone. The second reason is the Team. The conversations I had with the team during the interview process gave me kind of an idea about how the people in this team care about each other by supporting, having fun learning new things and grow together.
What is your favorite part about working for Viome?
The most exciting and favorite part about working at Viome for me is knowing that I am part of a great cause of making the illness optional. The work we do at Viome every day is improving the health and wellbeing of millions of people all over the world.
What does your collaboration with the frontend & backend engineering team look like?
Here at Viome engineering, the secret to its success is in its team collaboration practice. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table. Continuous collaboration with FE & BE engineers helping us to identify and expose the bottlenecks and high risk areas quickly and address them early in the development life cycle.
What is something that you have learned about yourself since joining Viome?
The work culture here at Viome taught me to be more compassionate, humble and help everyone in the company with anything. I never experienced this with any other company in my career.
